We’re Celebrating Our Readers Today

The Oprah quote above resonates especially this year. Weve all struggled, and weve all found unforeseen strength in our struggles.

We hear you. We see you. We absolutely believe in you, and your ability to dig deep to find your story.

It is an understatement to state it has actually been a difficult a number of months around the world. In the face of this pandemic, much of our readers here at WITS are dragging. A number of us behind the scenes are dragging. Everyone are striving to keep our spirits up to write another day.

However this isnt a political post, this is a “how are you doing, truly” post. We genuinely need to know.

Today we select to commemorate YOU, our writing family online. We are blessed that you choose to hang around with us weekly, each month, every year. We need to know how you are doing.

Here in the US, with COVID case counts spiking, things are feeling particularly hard. The usual Independence Day rules do not apply this year.

Some writers have told me they do pretty much the exact same thing they did prior to the pandemic – remain house and write. Other writers have actually told me their world has changed and they are fighting to earn a living. Still more have actually informed me the state of the world has plummeted them into misery.

But we do need to know … How are you doing? How are you actually doing? Are you tranquil, concerned, coping, struggling, writing, blocked, insane, or something else? If you are ready to share, we would love to know.

What are you having problem with? And what unanticipated strengths have you discovered?

Huge Hugs to YOU, from Your Team at Writers In the Storm
