Some writers have told me they do practically the exact same thing they did before the pandemic – remain home and compose. Other authors have told me their world has altered and they are fighting to make a living. Still more have told me the state of the world has plunged them into misery.
The Oprah quote above resonates particularly this year. Weve all struggled, and weve all found unexpected strength in our battles.
Today we select to commemorate YOU, our writing family online. We are blessed that you select to spend time with us each week, monthly, every year. We wish to know how you are doing.
Here in the United States, with COVID case counts spiking, things are feeling especially hard. The normal Independence Day rules do not use this year.
This isnt a political post, this is a “how are you doing, actually” post. We genuinely need to know.
We hear you. We see you. We absolutely think in you, and your ability to dig deep to find your story.
It is an understatement to state it has actually been a tough numerous months all over the world. In the face of this pandemic, much of our readers here at WITS are dragging. A number of us behind the scenes are dragging. Everybody are working hard to keep our spirits up to write another day.
